Paradigms
New art exhibition coming up at The Blue Nile in Harrisonburg, Virginia! Wes Way and I will be showing our work downstairs, starting at 6pm on July 9. The show continues through August. I will be updating this blog before then, with the work I pick to show, etc. I just wanted to put this pretty flier up right away.

I haven't seen much of Wes’s work, but you two seem to compliment each other well.
That circle in the poster is an especially visceral one; it looks as though you've cut away a layer of flesh.
thanks a lot! i do think our work will compliment well, which is one reason i agreed to it.
as for the other...i like to do a lot of reduction in painting, which is often physically violent, as well as visually. this piece does have cuts in it, scores at least. it's one of the '365.series'.
how awesome, the two of you! i think tis is really great dude.
